TechTrain Solutions was built by three friends who spent their careers side‑by‑side in the industrial world—solving problems, keeping equipment running, and learning what really works when production is on the line.

Between us, we bring decades of real‑world industrial electrical, controls, and instrumentation experience. Not theory. Not textbook examples. The kind of knowledge you only gain by troubleshooting live systems, commissioning equipment, and fixing what others couldn’t.

Shawn Quinn – Founder & Technical Director

Shawn brings 29 years of hands‑on industrial experience, beginning as a self‑taught technician who learned by doing, failing, fixing, and improving. Over the years, that practical knowledge evolved into a passion for teaching others how industrial systems actually work. Today, Shawn focuses on bridging the gap between theory and the field—helping technicians understand why things fail and how to diagnose them efficiently.

Bob Marandola – Training Manager

Bob brings decades of industrial experience and is widely respected as an exceptional troubleshooter and trainer. His ability to break down complex electrical and control problems into clear, logical steps makes him invaluable both in the field and in the classroom. Bob’s calm, methodical approach has helped countless technicians develop confidence when facing difficult faults.

Jakub Price – Operational Manager

With 15 years of industrial experience, Jakub combines sharp technical instincts with an exceptional ability to troubleshoot and install systems at a high level. Known for his precision and problem‑solving ability, Jakub approaches every system with a deep understanding of controls, instrumentation, and installation best practices. His skillset consistently delivers clean, reliable solutions that stand up in real‑world environments.
